Background: Undifferentiated arthritis (UDA) is an inflammatory that does not meet the criteria for any rheumatologic disease. Early verification of UDA currently one main goals modern rheumatology, since a diagnosis established at early date allows determining therapeutic strategy. The high social significance lies in predominant lesion people working age, steady progression disease, disability and reduction life expectancy. Objectives: To study gender characteristics undifferentiated arthritis. Methods: A retrospective analysis 74 case histories patients diagnosed with was carried out. group consisted 26 men 48 women, mean age 50.6 ± 4.3 years. All underwent comprehensive laboratory instrumental examination according to standard articular syndrome unclear genesis. Results: According data obtained, duration averaged 2.53 1.2 In 29 (21.6% women 17.6% men), on average, after 1.72 0.9 years, NDA clarified. Taking into account diagnostic criteria, following diseases were verified: rheumatoid 13.5% (12.2% 1.3% ankylosing spondylitis 10.8% (2.7% 8.1% men). Osteoarthritis, psoriatic APS 5.4%, 1.4% gouty arthritis, bone tuberculosis HIV 4.1%, respectively. 60.8% (43.2% etiology verified.
